Two days ago, Boston was attacked.  It is simply impossible to write about anything else right now.  It happen to our beloved city on our favorite day of the year.  Our hearts breaks for those hurt and the lives lost and altered.  As the world struggles to understand, a theme gloriously emerges from the nonstop news coverage:  the stories of the heroes and helpers who brought light to a momentary darkness and provided a safe path for those in harm's way.

I've just returned from a 3-day, 6-city tour training a network of nursing and rehabilitation professionals on how to use Ziptr for HIPAA-compliant communication and file exchange.  After logging a good number of hours in front of these new users, and a fair number of miles on the road, one thing was clear:  there was no need for training; these new users got it immediately.
